Advanced - During the 5 weeks of this course you will learn tricks and spins that are harder and more impressive than the Beginner moves, for example you will learn how to go upside down, climb, jump up onto the pole and do a handstand off of it, you will also be taught how to combine spins that you mastered in the Beginner class and learn new, more complicated ones!

Advanced Plus - This is a good progression from the Advanced Course, again the duration is 5 weeks and you will take moves that you have already perfected and develop them into more challenging versions, such as going upside down and then taking your hands away from the pole so that you are just hanging by your ankles. In addition to more complex versions of moves you have already learnt you will also be taught a whole new range of more challenging moves!

Platinum Plus - This is the final course in our curriculum and let's just call it 'Pole Boot camp' because it is very hard, but you will know you have really achieved something when you master the Platinum Plus Course and can finally call yourself a pole dancing expert!
