Drop In - This session runs every Tuesday from 6:30pm at Topnotch Maidstone venue. There's no need to book - just turn up! It's designed to refresh what you already know, perfect newly learned moves and maintain and increase your strength - You must be a Pussycat Poles participant or recently attended a Pussycat Poles course to take part in this class.
One To One Tuition - Your chance to master the art of pole with an intensive 1 hour one to one lesson. One to one classes cost £30 per hour.
Couple Up! - If, however, you get nervous when it comes to learning in large groups and also when having one to one classes, then this option is for you. For £45 per hour you and a friend can receive a private lesson, giving an intermediate option for those who like company but not too much.
