Do I have to be fit?

No. Most people worry about their age, weight, height, fitness level or looks, but you can forget all those fears. Pussycat Poles offers a policy of inclusion, which means everyone should feel comfortable. The only requirement is that you are at least 16 years old.

How many people are in a class?

Classes are limited to 3 students per pole. This way everyone gets ample time on the pole. Many people find it more fun when dancing with friends or getting to know others. Pole dancing is a greatly social class and a great way to make new friends!

Do I have to pay the whole course fee upfront?

No. You can pay the course fee upfront to receive discounts on the following course however you can pay a £30 deposit on the evening and then a further 2 payments before the 5th week of the course.

What do I need to wear?

Anything you feel comfortable in as long as your legs and arms are bare I.E T-shirt, Vest Top, Shorts and bare feet. You will not be asked to strip or remove any clothing.

Can I come alone or do I need to bring a friend?

You can come alone or bring a friend, the classes are fun and designed to help build confidence and will create new found friendships.

What do I need to bring with me?

Nothing other than yourself and a sense of adventure.

What are the benefits?

Pole dancing is a great way to tone up, lose weight, increase flexibility, boost confidence, make friends – The list is endless.

What if I miss a class?

If you give us enough notice we can fit you in another class to catch you up, however we are under no obligation to do so as it will depend on spaces on other classes.

What happens if I’ve paid for the course but I can’t make it anymore?

If you have paid for a course and can’t make it anymore we will give you a refund only under extreme circumstances. We will try our best to accommodate you in any way we can by transferring your space onto the next available course.
