Vertical Bar Fitness is a four-week pure strength course for both men and women. It is a HARD workout that has been specifically designed to build strength, burn fat and tone muscles quickly. This course has been developed to deliver fast results – so it’s perfect if you’re planning a holiday and you want to look your best on the beach!
This innovative fitness class is based on a circuit of 6 metal poles, each using different strengthening and toning moves, such as climbs, pull-ups and “the flag”. In addition to the pole-based exercises there are a series of cardio and toning exercises such as squats, press ups and planks.

Vertical Bar Fitness is a fast-paced class that’s ideal for anyone who wants to see speedy results and isn’t afraid to work hard for it! Men are welcome to attend this new class, and only ladies who have completed the Advanced Pole Class will be able to book for this body blitzing course!
